Leather
Our favorite material is fine Italian vegetable tanned and suede leather. This material represents for us the epitome of quality and beauty as it is created to provide a lifetime of use. All of our leather is dyed with a non toxic dyeing agent, using the vegetable process and it does not bleed or rub off.
Dyes
It is a slow process producing a leather of greater density, body and firmness. Vegetable tanned leathers are incredibly durable, eco-friendly and beautiful. They present unique natural characteristics while respecting the environment and aging beautifully. Over the years, vegetable tanned leather will darken and acquire a soft patina adding to its signature charm and character.
Handmade
We produce in limited quantities. All of our sandals are mainly made by hand, ensuring that only a limited amount of equipment is required. Our local Greek artisans have been perfecting their sandal making techniques through many generations.
