RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes and other signature packaging materials. Shoes must be tried on over a carpeted surface to prevent any scratches to the soles. Shoes returned without the original box, a damaged box, or marked soles may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by MYTHOLOGIA.
Sale Items
Only full priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items are not eligible for returns unless you have received defective or damaged goods.
Sale items that are marked 40, 50 or 60% off are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for a refund. Exchanges will be accepted only for items shipped within the EU.
30% off on demand pre orders of new arrivals are excluded and can be returned within 14 days after delivery.
RETURN SHIPPING
We understand how difficult it can be to buy shoes online. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can ship it back to us with the return label we will provide. If you are a customer residing within the European Union or the United States, we will provide a prepaid return label in the original package. To process a return, simply attach the prepaid return shipping label to your package and drop off your package at your nearest DHL location.
Please take into account the following costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount:
3 € in Greece
15 € for the rest of the European Union
20 € for the United States
Our international customers who reside outside the European Union or the United States are responsible for return shipping charges with a courier of their choice. Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable. MYTHOLOGIA takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable courier services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by MYTHOLOGIA. As soon as your items are received and inspected by our team, you will be refunded the full amount paid back to your original form of payment.
EXCHANGE REQUESTS
We are not able to process exchanges at the moment so if you are interested in a different size or color, please contact us at care@mythologia.gr using the subject “REQUEST EXCHANGE", place a new, separate order for the item you want and return the original item back to us to get your refund. We cannot ensure the availability of sizes when you request an exchange as it depends on our stock availability. Exchanges are available for both full price and sale items, subject to availability. Exchanges for sale items will be accepted only within the EU.
